So this is Christmas....

I've said it before and I'll say it again, where on earth has this year gone? I seriously (and I've said this a thousand times also) am still writing 2009 on things?! I hope this year has been a good one. And if not - I hope you have put together great plans for the year ahead. As much as I extremely dislike New Years, it is the perfect opportunity to reflect, regroup and renew. I've got grand ideas for 2011, well that is how I plan to start it anyway. I'm spending the Christmas break with my hilarious family in Noosa. I really should pack... because we fly out tomorrow. But I should also do a little bit more work... and clean the house... and call some friends. So not enough time, no wonder 2010 flew like it did. Love you all lots and thanks so much for checking in with me every now and then here at my little bloggy spot. This is the best medicine ever. xoxo

Happy 1st Birthday Mr H

A year ago today this little reindeer (otherwise known as Harry) was born. You are the bomb little one. Love you lots. This little chubba is Ruby's (god daughter of the century) little brother. I'm lucky their lovely parents let me treat them like my own. xx

So apparently it is almost Christmas - yikes!

Just wanted to let you know that all orders of $50 or more placed @ Brown Button Trading between now and 23 December 2010 will be posted by Express Post where possible (ie where Australia Post offers the service between Adelaide and the destination of the order).

I've been reluctant to share pics of my kitchen because there is still so much work to do, but I did send some pics over to the wonderful Belinda so she could see how the stool covers she organised for me looked in the kitchen. I often talk about the fact I could sleep for Australia. Seriously. My efforts some weekends are staggering - I am a professional sleeper. I give good sleep. If this was my bedroom? - I'd seriously think about giving up my day job and doing it full time. Love.

Working Weekend

Summer is finally showing its face in my part of the world which is perfect for all those attending the Ashes test this weekend at Adelaide Oval.

Me? - I have a date with my little shop. The poor thing has felt somewhat neglected over the past five weeks as I have been busy travelling etc for the day job.

So we plan to spend most of the weekend together, 'my baby' and me. I have loads of new cute stock to load onto the website, perfect for Christmas gifts. Gift wrapped and delivered in time for Christmas? - easy! - I also have a special offer for all Australian customers in the lead up to December 25. More on that next week..... Til then - xx
