Raindrops keep falling on my head

Could have done with just ONE of these walking to work this morning. Never one to complain about rain living in the driest state on the continent, and in the middle of a drought......... but - having left my only umbrella at work YESTERDAY and the fact that it was raining THIS MORNING on my walk to work..... not happy Jan. I was blind too. Had to take my glasses off as they got so wet they needed windscreen wipers (oh so chic). Oh, and did I mention that I was carrying three massive packages to take to the post office for fabulous BBT customers as well? Well I was. Needless to say hair was ruined by the time I got to work, not only was it worn up but also with a headband today. Ok Universe, I've got the hint. I need to get a car..... image via fffound

Please send some of that rain our way. We desperately need it here! How fortunate you are to live within walking distance of your work!

Oh you & me both Miss K.! I no complain but...... I bought the best umbrella from Peters of Kensington last month. It's automatic, press the button & whoosh it's up in lightening speed. Fine except I can't for the life of me work out how to fold the bloody thing down! So much for my scientific brain.

PS Mitcham Driving School are cool.

Aww, so sorry! I really want one of those umbrella hats so I don't even have to hold one. Just waiting for them to come in style. I can be patient.

Vroom vroom bella...! I don't know how you have done it all these years... how would I have trawled all the dodgy second hand shops in very unsavoury neighbourhoods without my little car? Haha xx

There will be no jokes about the hair though! Poor hair xx

urg - know that feeling, I walk to work too. Always leaving the brolly at work the day before. Wet frizzy hair is not the most sophisticated work attire :)
